Autism is a developmental disorder found among children in their early developmental stages. This causes inadequacy in effective communication, socialisation, interpersonal relations, etc. The above situation makes the person dependent on others even for carrying out his/her personal needs. No proven medicine has so far been invented to take care of this disorder

Autism Awareness Programme


Autism Society, Thrissur is conducting
a ten day study session for parents, trainers and well-wishers of autistic children.




Dr. C.P.Aboobacker, prominent figure in the health service sector and author of the noted book, "Autism is Different..." is leading the sessions.


Two phases of this programme were already over and the third phase will be held on June 9th & 10th.

Venue: Govt. Model Girls HSS, Palace Road, Thrissur.


Time : 9.45am - 3.30pm
